This abseil site is only 45min from JHB and 20 min from the Vaal Triangle. A beautiful manmade lake with clean spring fed water lots of bass, excellent for snorkelling and kayaking. The abseil is 8m high and great for beginners. Your heart will definitely pump adrenalin while going down the cliff face!
Parys quarry
Abseil in the world's oldest and largest meteorite impact site. The Vredefort dome is a world heritage site. Here you abseil down a 42m quarry face. There is also a 8m abseil down into the water. With Panoramic views of the Parys mountains.
