The North coast of KwaZulu Natal boasts excellent big game fishing including: yellow fin tuna, skip jack tuna, dorado (dolphin fish), wahoo, bonito, couta or natal snoek, sailfish, shark and the elusive marlin are also boated during the seasons.

Bottom fishing for reef fish such as Rockcod, slinger, King fish (GT) and so on is done as well.
