We Fish secluded water away from the crowds! Also the Suikerbos river!

We Fish the Vaal River in Parys and on the Vaal River from Deneysville down to Viscghat. The raft fishing is combined with river rafting with the rapids being graded 3 +. We fish from early morning till late afternoon. Half day fishing trips can also be arranged. Two day fishing safaris is also available. Good fun for friends, family, father and son days and also great for corporate getaways.

Fish for small and large mouth yellows, carp, barbell and mudfish. Fly, bait and lure fishing. We supply two man inflatable rafts, dry barrels and logistics once in the vicinity. Experienced guides will also accompany you. Rods, lures, fly and bait can be supplied at an additional cost. We Fish secluded rapids and stretches of water. Raft lunch can be arranged for groups bigger than ten clients. Own refreshments and snacks can be brought along.

FlyFishing Workshops:

The workshop takes about 3-5 hours depending on the amount of people.

Guided fly fishing raft safari.

Fish for yellows (small and Large mouth), carp, barbell and mudfish. We supply two man inflatable rafts, dry barrels and logistics once in the vicinity. Experienced Fly-fishing and rafting guides will also accompany you. Rods, reels and flies will be supplied. We Fish secluded rapids and stretches of water. Raft lunch can be arranged for groups bigger than ten clients. Clients are welcome to bring own refreshments and snacks for the duration of the day. We work on a maximum of 20 people. With special requests more people can be accommodated.

Raft Bass fishing Safaris

Fish for Large mouth Bass on the barrage reservoir stretch between Vereeniging and Vanderbijlpark in the Vaal triangle. We can supply rods and lures at an additional cost. Fish for these aggressive fish specie from our two man inflatable rafts. Bass can be caught on lures, flukes, spinner baits or on Fly! Happy fishers are accompanied by an experienced guide/guides for the duration of the fishing safari.

Great for corporate getaways as part of a teambuilding event. Nice breakaway for friends or work colleagues. Raft lunch can be arranged for groups bigger than 10 people.

We can Also host fishing competitions as part of work teambuilding or fun events!

What we provide on the day:

• Transport and logistics – once in the vicinity.
• If pre arranged excellent bush cuisine for brunch, raft lunch or supper.
• Experienced APA trained guides on River Rafting trips and raft fishing.
• All rafting equipment, i.e. Boats, Life Jackets, Helmets, Waterproof Buckets, etc for the duration of the Rafting trip.
• Covering of all costs for servitude, localized transport, etc.

What you will need for the day:

Dry clothes after the trip, Costume, Strops, Towel, Hat to prevent sunburn, Shorts, T-shirt, Sun block a definite must, Windbreaker, Spec-floats, Soft drinks, Snacks for the river, Energy drinks, Water, Wet-suit in Winter, Sunglasses strap and SPIRIT FOR ADVENTURE!!!

DR'S NOTE OF FITNESS - If any medical procedures have been experienced, if on any medication, if subject to any seizures, or other medical conditions, e.g. diabetes, anxiety, do not hesitate to tell us!!

Do not bring:

• Valuables, Jewellery, Rolex watches, Weapons.
• LEAVE Alcohol for afterwards.
