Weddings & Functions @ Karma Game Ranch

The thatch roof recreation center, with its full bar service, is ideal for functions and wedding receptions. A newly renovated 200 seated chapel, with peaceful surroundings, makes for the most beautiful weddings. The farm is rich in plant and birdlife and includes wild animals such as Giraffes, zebras, Ostriches and 20 different Antelope species.

Renting includes the following:

• Setting up of the venue.
• 12 X (6 – 8) Seater Sleeper Wood Tables.
• 7 X Long Wooden Tables for the buffet.
• All Cutlery and Crockery.
• Champagne and Wine Glasses.
• Space for tables and chairs, Round or Square for up to 150 Guests.
• Supervisor on duty during the function.
• Buffet room for dishing up.
• Waiters for Buffet Setup.
• Cash bar with credit card facilities. (Liquor List and Prices on Request.)
• Barman.
• Dance Floor.
• Cleaning up after the function.
• Extra door that opens into garden for additional tent when needed for more guests.

Optional Extras:

• Game Drive Vehicle. (Takin bride and entourage on scenic route for photos in the velt)
• Décor. (Extra chairs, All linen, Chair covers, Tie backs, Overlays, Table cloths, Drapings, Centre pieces, Candles and Holders, Red carpet, Fairy lights, Flower arrangements, DJ and sound equipment and Audiovisual equipment.)
  Coordinators will be happy to sit with you throughout your planning process to assure that all your décor requirements are met.

  Feel free to make use of your own DJ if you already have one in mind.
• In-House Photographer Available. (We take pride in marketing our own in-house photographer, but should you have one of your own, who are we to dissagree! Ask one of our friendly coordinators for rates and more info regarding the above!

Self caering option includes:

• Use of lapa from 8:00 on the morning function up to 8:00 the next morning.
• Water and electricity
• Toilet Facilities

Accommodation:

Option 1:

Rock Chalets and function hall.

This vicinity can accommodate single 16 sleeping guests or 20 guests sharing.

6 Semi-Luxury Chalets sleeps 2 and 3 guests per chalets Bathroom, coffee making facilities, cutlery, ceiling fans and heater in each chalet – towels and linen also supplied .Self catering allowed or catered for.

2 Luxury Chalets (1 Honeymoon suite) sleeps 4 guests per chalets King-size bed in bedroom and 2 ¾ beds in loft.

Option 2:

Guest Lodge.

4 Rooms – 2 guests per room En-suite bathrooms, coffee making facilities in dining room, towels and linen supplied, NO SELF catering here!

(Swimming pool, Jacuzzi & sauna available for guests sleeping in lodge).

Klipwerf Guesthouse.

1 Double and 4 Single beds in 3 Rooms Bathrooms, Dining/Living room, Coffee making facilities, towels and linen supplied. Self catering available here. This house is close to the entertainment area, ideal for kids to use).

Mountain Huts.

Two rooms that sleep 8 Guests, Rustic, Exotic and Secluded! With a bit of imagination, this part of the venue can be transformed into your own piece of heaven.

No Electricity, Fire Wood Geyser/ Donkey for warm water. (Fire wood and water supplied.)

Should you have your bachelor and hen party at Karma Game Ranch as well as your wedding a 10% discount will be given on accommodation.
